If your first image isn't usable, we refund — no questions asked, within 24 hours.
Preview before paying. Pay only on approve. Refund if the first paid result disappoints. That's the whole policy.
How our preview-first model protects you
Most jewelry-retouching services charge upfront. We don't. Every photo you upload generates up to 3 free watermarked previews so you can decide whether the result is worth paying for. A credit is only deducted when you click Approve & Download — at that point the watermark is removed and the full-resolution image becomes yours.
This means "buyer's remorse" refunds are rare by design — you've already seen what you're paying for. But the guarantee below covers the cases where something still goes wrong.
When we refund
- First image not usable. If the first paid image you download from your account doesn't meet a reasonable quality bar, we refund the credit cost — no questions, within 24 hours.
- Technical failure after approval. If you approved a preview but the full-resolution download failed or produced a corrupted file, we refund or regenerate, your choice.
- Service downtime preventing access. If our service was unavailable for > 4 hours while you were trying to download a paid image, we refund.
- Duplicate or accidental charges. If LemonSqueezy double-charged you or you bought a pack twice within an hour, we refund the duplicate.
- Unused credits within 14 days of purchase. If you bought a credit pack but haven't spent any credits, you can request a full refund within 14 days. After 14 days credits are non-refundable but never expire.
How to request a refund
Two ways:
- Email us at [email protected] with your account email and the order ID (visible in your dashboard's billing history).
- Use the contact form — it routes to the same inbox.
We aim to respond and process every refund request within 24 hours on business days. LemonSqueezy then takes 3–10 days to return the funds to your card or bank, depending on your provider.
What we can't refund
- Credits you've already spent (i.e. images you approved and downloaded). The preview-first flow exists precisely so this decision is informed.
- Pack-volume discounts after 14 days from purchase. Credits never expire — you can spend them any time — but discounted pack pricing is not retroactively reversible.
- Charges where the user violated the Acceptable Use rules (uploading content you don't own, attempting to bypass safety, etc.).
EU / UK consumers
Under EU consumer law and the UK Consumer Rights Act, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase — but only if you haven't started using it. Because each credit you spend produces a downloadable image (a digital good immediately consumed on download), withdrawal is only available for credits you haven't spent yet. The 14-day unused-credit refund above already covers this.
Trust, not theatre
We'd rather refund a borderline case than argue. If something feels off about a result and you can describe what didn't work, that's enough — we'll refund and use the feedback to improve the model.
